Do you love dressing yourself up? Want to learn more about how to put on makeup, express your creativity, and channel your true beauty? Come hear from professional makeup artists and speakers about why the art of makeup is so empowering. We will learn simple IDD-friendly tips, tricks, and techniques to help vamp up your makeup game and have you looking your best! Instructor Bio: Briana is studying Neuroscience at UT Austin. She developed a love for adults with IDDs while volunteering for several courses with UT Informal Classes. She is also a research fellow at the University of Cambridge studying visual impairment in intellectual disabilities, and a clinical researcher at Child Neurology Consultants of Austin, and conducts research on Down syndrome in the Pierce lab at UT. In her free time she loves to try cool new foods, listen to music, work out, and hang out with her younger brother and sister. And, of course, she loves to do her makeup!
